Hollie Anne Nichols, 16, passed away peacefully at her home in Palmer July 8, 2013.
Hollie was born on May 30, 1997, at Fort Wainwright to Robert and Cheryl Nichols.
A celebration of life is at 3:30 p.m., July 16 at the Palmer Chapel, 2020 N. Hemmer Road. A public viewing is from 3 to 3:30 p.m. Pastor Gary Oathout will officiate.
“Hollie was so full of life and always wanting to volunteer and help others. Her favorite organizations were Locks of Love, Breast Cancer Society and Save the Planet. Hollie was our beautiful young princess that was taken from us too soon. She will be missed dearly by all whose lives she touched,” her family wrote.
Surviving are her loving parents — mother, Cheryl, and father, Josh; brothers, Alejandro and Robert Jr.; sister, April; grandparents, Karen and Larry, and Frankie and Donald; and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and donations, there is an account in memory of Hollie Nichols for the purpose of supporting epilepsy research. The account has been established with Alaska USA; account holder’s name is Robert Nichols.
“I love you Squishy. High two baby girl. Goodnight,” her family wrote.
Arrangements were cared for by Valley Funeral and Crematory and Palmer Chapel.
