On Wednesday November 24th 2021, James Paul Bauer, passed away at his home in Sutton Alaska surrounded by loved ones. Jim was born on April 13th 1945 in Mankato, MN to Carl Bauer and Viola (Hensel) Bauer. He moved to Alaska in 1966 and worked as a printer. In the early 1980s Jim moved to Sutton, he was a talented craftsman and built his own home there. He operated his own print shop in Palmer called Valley Printing. Jim was preceded in death by his Wife, Jo Frisby; brother, Fred; and sister Jeannie. He is survived by his sons, Mark, Fred, and Matt; and step-daughters, Heather and Carmen; and sisters, Terry and Barbara.
