Former Valley resident James R. Foster Jr. passed away Nov. 25, 2013, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
His cremated remains will be interred at 2:30 p.m., Dec. 3 at Fort Richardson National Cemetery with military honors. Friends and family will gather immediately following the service at Reilly’s Irish Pub on Fireweed Lane in Anchorage.
Arrangements entrusted to the Cremation Society of Alaska.
