Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Jennifer F. Jaissle, of Homasassa, Florida, formerly of Big Lake, Alaska, passed away on Feb. 12, 2016.
Born the daughter of Frederick and M. Dorothy (McGorty) Jaissle of Hudson, Massachusetts, she graduated from Hudson High School and attended Fitchburg State College, where she received a degree in nursing.
Jennifer travelled the world and led a life of adventure many people often dream about.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Michael Daugherty, and brother-in-law Robert Vail.
She is survived by her sisters, Michele Vail, of Port Angeles, Washington, Gretchen Seaver, and her husband, Russell, of York Beach, Maine; a niece, Marie Drake, and her son, Scott Drake, of York Beach, Maine; her in-laws, Thomas and Charlotte Daugherty, of Spring Hill, Florida.
At her request, there will be no services.
