Longtime Wasilla resident Joseph Anthony Diliberto, 24, passed away at home Oct. 5, 2014.
A celebration of life is at 2 p.m., Oct. 17 at Summit Worship Center, 125 W. Riley Ave., Wasilla. Pastor Lyle Jones will officiate.
Joseph was born on Jan. 8, 1990, in Palmer. He was raised and attended schools in the Valley. Joe loved outdoor sports and also loved Chevy trucks.
Joe was a kind and caring person and always wanted to help others. His smile would brighten any room and will never be forgotten. He loved to ride four-wheelers and take care of his Chevy truck. His mother loved and cared for him deeply and his sister and two wonderful nephews wish they could have had more time together. Joe will be missed by many and was loved unconditionally.
Surviving are his mother, Catherine Dresnek of Wasilla; sister, April Marie of Anchorage; nephews, Stephen and Bryan of Anchorage; and numerous other family members.
