Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Kathleen Ann Rogge, 56, died Dec. 5, 2011, at her home in Palmer after her battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 28, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisc. She had a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in business. She came to Alaska in 1993. Her hobbies included hiking, sailing, fishing and traveling.
Surviving are her mother, Geraldine Rogge; brother, John Rogge; and sister, Carolyn; and many members of her extended family and friends.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. A memorial services is at St. Michael Catholic Church, 423 E. Fireweed in Palmer, at 1 p.m., Dec. 12.
