Kathleen L. Hurley Cowan

Kathleen L. Hurley Cowan formerly of Palmer and Wasilla, AK passed away in Stockton, CA April 12, 2023. Kathleen was born in Ontario, OR to Dorothy and James Hurley July 3, 1945. She retired from Liliput Children Services in 2015 after a successful career as a LCSW assisting families with adoption. She is mourned and celebrated by the many family and friends who knew and loved her. Interment will be private at Palmer Pioneer Cemetery
