Keira Marie Campbell-Gallant, just 3 weeks from birth, died Sept. 20, 2008 as a result of a vehicle accident on the Parks Highway at Spring Street in Meadow Lakes.
Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 at the Wasilla Chapel of Valley Funeral Home & Crematory, 151 E. Herning Ave. The pastors of the First Baptist Church of Palmer will officiate.
“Keira, you were loved so much before you had even come into this world,” her family wrote. “Daddy and you had our games already and your mommy couldn’t wait to see you and hold you. Our whole family was so excited for your arrival, but now you are with our Lord watching over us. Now all I need from you is for you to be your mommy’s guardian angel. We all love you and will see you again soon.”
She is is survived by her parents Donna Gallant and Jason Campbell of Wasilla; maternal grandparents Dianne and Tim Abell of Big Lake; paternal grandmother Barbara Hatch of Ogden, Utah; great-grandparents Betty Martin of Maine, Jeanne Jones of Ogden, John Jones of Benton, Ark.; aunt Michelle Gallant of Big Lake; uncles John Gallant of Big Lake, Bryce Jones of Wasilla and sister Lexie Bogner of Big Lake.
Memorial contributions may be made to the trust fund in her name at the Mat-Su Federal Credit Union, account No. 125504.
Valley Funeral Homes & Crematory of Palmer and Wasilla is assisting the family.
