17, passed away March 9, 2020 in Palmer.
Oliver was born October 17, 2002 in Anchorage. He grew up in Wasilla and attended Matsu Career Tech High School. Oliver was employed at Settlers Bay Golf Course from May-August, 2019 and also worked with Alpine Contracting from June, 2019 to March, 2020.
He enjoyed playing guitar, and loved being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
His family wrote: “Oliver was a loving, hard-working son, a kind and caring older brother. He brought life and excitement to the family and friends he surrounded himself with. He lived to be outdoors enjoying life to the fullest. Oliver is in our hearts forever and always.”
Oliver is survived by his parents, Brian and Emalee Strunk, Wasilla; brothers, Zdenik, Alonzo, and Vincent Strunk, all of Wasilla; grandpa, Wade Strunk, Wasilla; grandparents, Troy and Billie Crow, Palmer; aunt, Karen Dishneau, Wasilla; aunts and uncles, Lynette and Ben Warhus, Wasilla, Michelle and David Crow, Cheyenne, WY and Whitney and Justin Linde, Wasilla; uncle, Ken Strunk, Wasilla; and uncles and aunts, Troy and Meliah Crow, Chubbuck, ID and Nicholas and Tara Crow, Eagle River; and 15 cousins and countless family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandma, Collene Strunk.
