Alaska resident Kevin Lee Halverson, 55, lost his battle with cancer on Monday, September 21, 2015, in Wasilla, Alaska.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the Mugshot Saloon, 251 W Parks Hwy, Wasilla, Alaska, 99654.
Kevin was born on April 4, 1960, in Bemidji, Minnesota. He moved to Wasilla, Alaska, in 1982. He worked for Peaked Oilfield Services and Granite Construction. He retired from Teamsters in January 2015.
Kevin was survived by sons, Kevin and Kenneth of Wasilla, Alaska; daughter, Jennifer of Wasilla, Alaska; brother Greg and his wife Marie Halverson of Wasilla, Alaska; ex-wife Tracy of Wasilla, Alaska.
He was preceded in death by parents JoAnne and George.
Arrangements were under the direction of Valley Funeral Home, Wasilla Chapel.
