Knik Tribe No Smoking Sign/Logo Contest

Alaska Family Services, Inc is sponsoring the Knik Tribe No Smoking sign/logo contest! Youth are encouraged to get creative and design a No SMOKING sign/logo. The first and second place winner entries will be used at Knik Tribe facilities for smoke-free areas.

Entries must be 8 ½ by 11 inch (standard size paper) and can be in color or black & white. Entries can be a drawing, painting, or graphic design. All entries must include a signed Media Release Form. Entries submitted without a media release form will not be entered in the contest. To request a media release form, email Sam, samanthas@akafs.org or Isha, itwitchell@kniktribe.org.

All entries become the property of Alaska Family Services, Inc. First place prize is a $50 gift card to Fred Meyer. Second and third place prizes are $25 gift cards to Fred Meyer. The contest is open to any youth under the age of 18.

Entries must be postmarked and submitted by Wednesday, December 1st to Alaska Family Services located at 1825 South Chugach Street Palmer, AK 99645.
