Kristoffer Velasquez, a lifelong Alaskan was taken from this earth unexpectedly on Jan. 6, 2017 from complications with asthma.
Kristoffer was born in Palmer, Alaska on May 29, 1987. He welcomed his daughter into this world on Dec. 31, 2014 and she became the light of his life.
Kris enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing any chance he could get. He had an amazing ability to make anyone laugh with his incredible personality. His humor and light heartedness will be forever missed by anyone who was lucky enough to have been in his life.
Kris is survived by his parents Tony and Tina Velasquez, his brothers Matthew and Daniel, his grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as his young daughter Quinn. He is preceded in death by his sister Kimber Velasquez, his uncles, Curtis McDowell, Raymond and Vincent Velasquez
The Celebration of life will be held on Jan. 21, 2017 at the American Legion Post 15 at 1500 Mystic Cir Palmer Alaska from 12 - 4 p.m. We ask that this is attended only by family and close friends. The family also request that because of limited space please leave small children at home.
