Born July 22, 1947, Born into heaven May 13, 2022

Laura was loved by everyone who knew her. She had a smile that out shown everyone in the room, her personality could turn anyone’s bad day around, and her laughter was contagious. She was a hard worker, and protective of her family. Laura worked as a waitress, before going back to school and working with Alaska Attachment and Bonding.

She is survived by her son, Sean Griffin; her daughters, Billie Joe Kowalski, Brittany Blawn, and Laura Fieker; her grandsons, Andrew Griffin, Jacob Griffin, Lucas Blawn, and Jesse Fieker; Granddaughters, Alyssa Dunn, Jazmine Kaveshan, Skylar Blawn, and Larkin Fieker; and her four sisters, Eddie Meza, Jo Blawn, Linda Lewis and Jennie Carter.

The thing she loved the most in life was being a mother and crossword puzzles. She was a huge fan of Lucille Ball and got everyone around her addicted to I Love Lucy. The world is a little bit darker without her sparkling light in it. Her family is missing her laugh, her home cooking with her secret recipes, and her big hugs. Laura will forever be in the hearts of those who knew her.
