Longtime Alaska resident Lisa Kaye Packard, 52, passed away Sept. 28, 2015, at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer, Alaska. Lisa was very involved with helping with special-needs kids, and was a volunteer for Valley Chapter Special Olympics. Arrangements were under the direction of Valley Funeral Home, Wasilla Chapel.
