Lois I. Hurt, 90, passed away April 22, 2008, of natural causes. She was a resident at the Palmer Pioneers Home. Services to celebrate Hurt’s life begin at 6:30 p.m. May 1 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Palmer, off the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. In lieu of flowers, donations in Hurt’s name are encouraged to be directed to Trinity Lutheran Childhood Development Center, 10355 Palmer-Wasilla Highway, Palmer, AK 99654.
