In 1958, she married the love of her life, Harold Joseph Corson. That same year they moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where they built a home and raised their two daughters. She worked for the State of Alaska at API many years and later retired from DOT. She continued to work part-time for Anchorage School District in nutrition.

She loved hunting and fishing with her family. She enjoyed so many things, but her main hobby was shopping for and giving to her family and friends. She was very thoughtful and the love she had for her family was unconditional.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska, 1750 Abbott Rd, Anchorage, AK 99507.
