Was born to George Templeman and Martha Templeman in Hot Springs Arkansas October 16th 1944. She was one of three siblings. She married Bob Hale when she was 21 years old and had three children, Laurie Hale, Michael Hale, and Bob Hale. She divorced Bob hale in the late 70’s and brought the children to Glennallen, Alaska. In 1982 she moved to Wasilla. In 1984 she met Brian Schetzle who became her life partner. They lived in Wasilla for the remainder of her life. She raised three kids and worked in construction. Later she was working to get her nursing degree, broke her arm and was unable to finish. After that she worked as a PCA for many years helping others. She was a very caring, loving person with a contagious laugh. She was outgoing, loved and known by many. She had a love for all animals especially German Shepherds. She was always upbeat despite fighting lung cancer, breast cancer, and a second reoccurrence of lung cancer. She will be missed by all and wishes to have her ashes spread over Sleeping Lady, a celebration of life party will be planned at a later date
