Mary Elizabeth Broughton August 18, 1924 – March 22, 2018 Mary Elizabeth Broughton, of Wasilla, Alaska, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2018. Services were held Thursday, March 29, 2018, at the Legacy Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel, 1015 South Cheek Street, Wasilla, AK 99654. Mary was born August 18, 1924, to C.D. Everitt and Vervia Ellen (Mehaffey) Everitt in Ballinger, Runnels County, Texas. She married Milton Leon Broughton I, on September 5, 1942, in New Orleans, LA. Mary is survived by daughters: Marilyn Ann Broughton-Smith and husband Louis Smith, Elizabeth Faye Hall and husband William (Bill), Cynthia Leona Broughton and husband William David Ross; grandchildren, Moody Ann Stephens and husband Jay, Dennis Malone-McGuire and spouse Bill McGuire, William Timothy Hall and wife Carrieann, Amy Elizabeth (Hall) Lynch and husband Wayne, Nathaniel Curtis Ross and wife Karlie, and Valerie Crystal Ross; great-grandchildren, Dusti Cadenhead, Dakota Gordy, DeForest Gordy, Mikaela Fisher, Niki Hall, Beka (Hall) Lawrence and husband Paul, Garrett Lynch and wife Molly, Matthew Lynch, Amanda Lynch, Hannah Lynch, Michaela Ross, and Austin Ross; brother, William Everitt and wife Jeanne Gentry; sister, Jo Acrea and husband Jan.
