Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Palmer resident Max Patrick Davis, 45, died March 24, 2011, at St. Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage.
Per Max’s wishes, no services will be held.
Max was born May 13, 1965, at Elmendorf Air Force Base. Max was a kind and caring person who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed baseball and football. He had fun playing many different role-playing games with his friends. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and his dog, Ceder.
Surviving are his brothers Brian and Philip Davis of Palmer; uncles Patrick, Michael and Jim McFadden of Fairbanks; aunt Patricia Shelby of Fairbanks; and aunt Betty Early of North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Arrangements were with Legacy Kehl’s Palmer Chapel.
