PALMER — The Mat-Su Borough has hired USKH to lead a public process to plan for the 62-acre Matanuska River Park’s next 20 years. Public meetings are from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Jan. 9 and Jan. 30 at the Palmer Depot, 610 S. Valley Way, in Palmer.
Located outside of Palmer between Mile 15 to Mile 13, Old Glenn Highway, the plan will address site planning and development for recreational uses of borough lands and coordinate with adjacent public and private landowners.
