Wasilla Resident, Michael H. Bonty, 23, passed away at home on September 15, 2014.
A celebration of life is at 2:30 p.m., Oct. 4 at Valley Funeral Home, 151 East Herning Ave., Wasilla. Burial follows at Palmer Pioneer Cemetery Palmer, Alaska.
Michael was born to Mark and Cynthia Bonty, on Aug. 27, 1991, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael attended Wasilla High School. He enjoyed playing football. He played football for the Mat-Su Steelers. He also loved gaming.
He loved his family and enjoyed bringing happiness to everyone around him.
Michael is survived by his mother, Cynthia Bonty of Wasilla; father, Mark Bonty of Anchorage; brother, Mark Bonty and (Jayme Bonty) of Wasilla; brother, Clayton Bonty and (Cameron Sevcik) of Anchorage; nephew, Kane Bonty of Anchorage; niece, Kiylah Bonty of Wasilla; grandparents, John and Rebecca Countryman of Ely, Nevada; grandmother, Ora Yeary of Las Vegas, Nevada; aunts, Debra Willies of Ely, Nevada; Tina Thomas of California; Tanya Yeary of Texas; uncles, Nick Bonty of California and Steve Bonty of California; and many cousins.
