Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Nikolai Molodkin, of Wasilla, Alaska, passed away peacefully in his
sleep on Dec. 9, 2016. He was 82 years old.
He was born Dec. 22, 1933 in Biysk Russia. He married his wife, Tamara
Molodkin in September 1978. They immigrated from the former Soviet
Union to the United States, in 1989. They lived in Minneapolis,
Minnesota; Elmira, New York; and Rochester, New York. Nikolai was a
loving Husband and Father.
He is survived by his Wife, Tamara, of Wasilla, Alaska; son, Anatoli
of Wasilla, Alaska; son, Victor and granddaughters Alana and Luna of
Wasilla, Alaska; son, Ivan of Rochester, New York; daughter, Irina and
Son-in-law Nickolay Gonchar and Grandchildren Maria, Paul, David and
Victoria of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; daughter, Galina and Son-in-law
Michael Campanella of Rochester, New York; his sister Anna and Brother
Alexander, both of Russia, also survive him.
Services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at
Immanuel Church, 5955 N. Sushana Dr. Wasilla, Alaska 99654. A
Christian Burial will follow at the Palmer Pioneer Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Legacy Funeral Homes.
