Entry deadlines are approaching for the non-perishable departments for this year’s Alaska State Fair, Aug. 22 to Sept. 2.
Those departments are: Art, Creative Arts and Crafts, Canning, Clay Arts, Fiber and Fleece, Handwork and Needlework, Honey and Beekeeping, Photography, Spirited Beverages, Sewing, Woodworking and Quilts.
Entries may be dropped off in Anchorage at the Boys and Girls Club, 315 N. Price St., or at the Alaska State Fairgrounds, 2075 Glenn Hwy., at the Irwin and Hoskins Exhibits building in Palmer.
