Norma “Norrine” Johnson McKean was born on March 17, 1926 in Oberlin, Kansas to Clyde Rodney and Jessie B. Johnson.
Norrine moved to Grand Junction, Colorado with her family when she was three weeks old and spent her school years there.
She moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 1968. She loved Alaska so much, she spent the rest of her life in that area.
Norrine has three children, Shirley Jess (Robert), Richard Mendenhall (Mary), Anna DePaul (Dominic), and five grandchildren.
Norrine is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Johnson, mother, Jessie Johnson, brothers, Tommy Johnson, Denzel Johnson, Bert Johnson, and sisters Viola Johnson, Lavirl Boyce, and Ida Hix.
