On Wednesday, April 8th 2020, Norman Ritchie Turner Sr., passed away at the age of 73 in Anchorage, Alaska
Ritchie was born December 25th 1946 in Toledo, Oregon to Lloyd & Marchetta Turner.
Ritchie served in the Army. He moved to Alaska and never looked back. His love for racing cars around the dirt track in his younger years and passion for fishing brings a smile to all that remember the happiness it brought him. His quirky yet simple sense of humor, extreme patience and love for his family and friends will be forever cherished. In life we loved Ritchie dearly, he will be missed. In our hearts he holds a special place that no one can fill.
Ritchie was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, and the two mothers of his children. Ritchie is survived by his 9 children, Norman, Barbara, William, Myles, Miranda, Melissa, Raelynn, Bethany, and Brandon, not to exclude his 14+ grandchildren and an abundance of friends that turned into family.
Celebration of Life to be held on July 18th at AmVets Post 9, in Wasilla, Alaska at 2pm
