Owen Tarr, 79, passed away April 10, 2021, at home surrounded by family. A military funeral will be July 9th at 1 pm at the National Cemetery on JBER. A Celebration of Life Ceremony is scheduled the same day, July 9th at the Wasilla Lake Church of the Nazarene at 5:30 pm. Arrangements made by Legacy Funeral Home in Wasilla.
