Patricia Ann Tovsen, 70, died Feb. 19, 2010, at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. A service was held at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Palmer on Feb. 24. A celebration of life was held at the Elks Lodge on Finger Lake following the service. A full obituary will be published at a later date.
