Patrick A. Bussing
On Saturday, September 22, 2019, loving father and fun-loving friend passed away at the age of 33.
Patrick was born on December 24, 1985. He grew up in Slana, graduating from Slana School in 2003 and going on to spend his adulthood in both Homer and Nanwalek where he found his home, and raised his two sons.
Patrick lived for his family and friends; he loved taking care of those he cared for. Patrick touched so many lives in the short amount of time that he was with us. He could make anybody laugh, he loved rock music, camping, fishing, hiking and making memories. No matter what it was, he was the exuberant light that kept burning in any situation.
Patrick was preceded in death by his two sisters, Felicia and Amber and by his Grandfather.
He is survived by his two sons Donovan and McKinley, his two brothers James and Emerald, his sister Donna, his mother Elizabeth and his Father James.
He will forever be that exuberant light in our hearts, burning on forever.
