Patrick Gallagher

Patrick Edward Gallagher, 81, was a longtime Alaskan who went to Heaven on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.

Pat passed away in the comfort of his own home looking out at the lake view that he loved. A celebration of life will be held at his home on Saturday, June 23, 1pm at 2861 E Odsather Circle, Wasilla, AK 99654.

Patrick was a retired IBEW journeyman wireman and worked at City Electric for over 40 years. He was a man of integrity, honor, and took pride in his work.

Pat found his greatest joy in being surrounded by his kids, grandkids, great grand kids, and the rest of his extended family. Many happy memories were made up at the lake where he lived. Patrick is preceded in death by his wife Judy and great granddaughter Mikayla Schulman. He is survived by his children James (Karen) Gallagher, Deborah (David) Rebischke, Joseph (Kelly) Gallagher; five grand children Christine Gallagher, Anna (Ben) Schulman, Reuben Rebischke, Merri (Nathan) Richardson, Molly Gallagher, Ellery Gallagher, Grady Gallagher, Briley Gallagher, and Finnegan Gallagher; and his three great grandchildren Emma Schulman, Shiloh Schulman, and Luke Richardson. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Research Society.
