Patrick Williams passed into eternal rest on Thursday, September 15th. A celebration of his life was September 24th at the LDS Church in Gila, NM.
Pat is preceded in death by his mother, Lena Caudill; step-father Lee Caudill; and sister, Jackie Vanek. He leaves behind to finish their journey on earth, his beloved wife, Mary Williams; sons Pat Williams, Keith Williams, Jeremy Williams and Sidney Williams; daughters, Tammy Williams and Anna Donaldson; his sister, Lucille Frey and brother, Henry Towner. He has 29 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren that will continue his legacy.
Patrick loved to spend time with his wife and family. He was a hard worker who taught by example. He worked with the youth in Boy Scouts and in his church. His family had a ranch in Lewis Flatts, near Deming, New Mexico, where they worked cattle and raised cotton. He graduated in Alaska from Palmer High School in 1959. Soon after, he joined the Navy. He held many jobs throughout his life and was able to do them all well with positive results for a job well done. In his words his greatest accomplishment was his wife and kids.
