PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT
THEFT
Aug. 25: Police summonsed Pius Savage, 57, of Anchorage for theft IV. Savage was contacted by CARRS Loss Prevention after he allegedly concealed $6.07 in merchandise and exited the store without paying.
Aug. 26: Officers responded to the fairgrounds for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Investigation revealed William Bartholomew, 18, of Wasilla allegedly took a shirt valued at $60 from a booth at the fair. Bartholomew was apprehended by the owner of the booth and taken to fair security. Bartholomew was issued a summons for theft III and released at the scene.
WARRANT ARREST
Aug. 25: Police received a report of two men yelling at the Alaska Choice Motel. Larry Dunham Jr., 37, of Salem, Oregon and Elvin Rodriguez, 36, of Salem, Oregon were contacted about their yelling. A routine investigation determined Dunham had an extraditable arrest warrant from Vancouver, Wash. for assault II, unlawful imprisonment, and escape. Rodriguez had an extraditable warrant from Oregon on a parole violation for robbery. Both men were arrested as fugitives from justice and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility on $25,000 cash bail.

Aug. 25: Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by K-Dawn Clawson, 28, of Palmer. Clawson was contacted as the officer knew Clawson's driver's license was suspended. Clawson was issued a summons for driving while her license is suspended and released.
Aug. 26: Following a traffic stop for speeding, officers contacted Brian Crouse, 26, of Anchorage. Investigation revealed Crouse was operating the vehicle while his driver's license is allegedly suspended in the State of Alaska. Crouse was issued a summons for driving while license suspended and released at the scene.
MVA
Aug. 26: Police responded to the area of West Arctic Avenue near the Palmer High school for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Investigation revealed William Timm, 22, of Palmer lost control of his vehicle after he was reaching for his cup of coffee in the vehicle.
DUI
Aug. 26: Elsie Annie Ratcliff, 51, of Palmer was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after her vehicle was reported as a REDDI for erratic driving. She was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where she was held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Aug. 26: Police arrested a 20-year-old male of Palmer for alleged domestic violence assault IV, domestic violence criminal mischief IV, and minor consuming alcohol (second offense), following a report of a disturbance at Glacier View Tesoro.
HIT AND RUN
Aug. 26: Dolores J. Merden, 50, of Palmer reported a blue Dodge pick up truck exited the fair grounds and collided with her vehicle while she was traveling northbound on the Glenn Highway and left the scene.

Aug. 26: Police responded to the fairgrounds for a disturbance. Following an investigation, David C. Lopez, 20, of Anchorage was arrested for minor allegedly consuming alcohol. Lopez was lodged at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility and ordered released when sober.
ATTEMPTED MURDER
Aug. 26: Police responded to a report of a fight in progress at Glacier View Tesoro. While enroute to the call, officers were notified that shots had been fired in the area. Two vehicles were reported leaving the area and were stopped and contacted by police. The occupants of one of the vehicles involved were identified as Allen Michael Page, 18, of Anchorage and Travis Enois Page, 16, of Anchorage. Through investigative efforts, Allen Page and Travis Page were arrested for four counts of attempted murder I, three counts of assault III, and a single count of misconduct involving a weapon I. Allen Page and Travis Page were remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility in lieu of $200,000 cash only bail and a court approved third party.
WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT
MVC
Aug. 23: Police responded to a report of a two car motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Knik Goose Bay Road and Fern Street. At the scene, officers made contact with both drivers. Denise Bostedt, 23, of Wasilla was southbound on Knik Goose Bay Road and didn't notice that vehicle #2, operated by Allysa Larson, 17, of Wasilla had stopped to turn left onto Fern Street. Bostedt said she was unable to stop and rear ended Larson's vehicle.
Aug. 23: Police responded to the intersection of the Parks Highway and Main Street for a report of a traffic accident. Investigation showed that Lillian Hillstrom, 82, of Trapper Creek was turning from the Parks Highway to travel north on Main Street. Hillstrom turned into a vehicle driven by Sharon Colby, 53, of Palmer who was traveling west on the Parks Highway. Hillstrom was cited for failing to yield when turning left. There were no injuries reported.
Aug. 24: Police responded to a report of a two car motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Church Road and the Parks Highway. At the scene, police made contact with both drivers. Israel Nelson, 62, of Wasilla told officers he was southbound on Church Road and had come to a stop behind a vehicle operated by Donald Mack, 48, of Wasilla who had stopped for a red traffic signal at the Parks Highway. Nelson said Mack attempted to turn west onto the Parks Highway but hit his brakes when he saw oncoming traffic. Nelson said when he saw Mack accelerate he did too. Nelson said that when Mack stopped he was unable to avoid hitting the rear of Mack's vehicle.
Aug. 24: Police responded to the intersection of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and the Parks Highway for a vehicle accident. Investigation revealed Sherry Parker, 52, of Wasilla failed to yield for a steady red turn light. Parker hit a motor home going southbound on the Parks Highway operated by Elizabeth Helton, 52, of Santa Monica, California. Parker was issued a citation for failing to stop for a steady red turn signal.
Aug. 25: Police received a call from a passerby reporting a two vehicle collision located at the Parks Highway and Main Street. A vehicle operated by Dawn Dahl, 39, of Wasilla was heading westbound on the Parks Highway when she struck a vehicle operated by Russell Jordan, 48, of Anchorage who was heading southbound on Main Street. No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
Aug. 27: Police responded to the intersection of the Parks Highway and Boundary Street where two motor vehicles had collided. A gray Audi driven by Cheryl A. Johnson, 26, of Wasilla was turning onto the Parks Highway from Boundary Street and struck a blue Jeep driven by Theodore V. Brasseur, 57, of Wasilla. No injuries were reported.
VANDALISM
Aug. 24: Police were checking the area of Crusey Street and Swanson Avenue for vandalism as Car Quest had just reported a broken window. A vehicle owned by Bryce Pearson, 31, of Wasilla was found to have a broken rear window. Pearson's vehicle was parked at Mr. Lube at the time the damage occurred.
Aug. 24: Ashley Prehn, 21, of Wasilla reported that unknown person(s) had thrown a rock through the glass on their main door entrance at Car Care on Swanson Avenue. Prehn stated the damage occurred between 6:30 p.m. when the store closed the night before and at 7:30 a.m. when she discovered the damage. Prehn said the rock used to break the window was the one they use to prop the door open. Damage to the door is estimated at $500.
Aug. 24: Police were notified of vandalism to West Valley Medical Campus. Sometime during the previous night someone had broken out two windows in a building which shelters employees while they smoke.
LOST AND FOUND
Aug. 24: Police had a wallet belonging to Zane Robgert, 13, of Anchorage turned in. The wallet will be held at the police department until the owner claims it.
Aug. 25: Bonnie Delaney-Tesar reported to Wasilla Police that she had located a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun in the parking lot of the Mug-Shot Saloon. An attempt to locate the owner was unsuccessful. The handgun is being stored at the police department for safekeeping.
DUI / DWI
Aug. 24: Edward J. Shaw, 52, of Meadow Lakes was stopped for driving without his vehicle's headlights on and only the parking lights illuminated. Records revealed that Shaw did not have a valid driver's license. Shaw also exhibited signs of being intoxicated and allegedly failed a series of field sobriety tests. Upon being arrested, Shaw refused to submit to a chemical breath test. Records revealed that Shaw had two prior driving under the influence convictions and one refusal conviction in the past 10 years, and also two other driving under the influence convictions in the 10-20 year range. Shaw was held at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility in lieu of $7,500 bail and third party requirement. The charges of felony driving under the influence, felony refusal, and driving without a valid driver's license were filed against Shaw through the District Attorney's office.
Aug. 24: Tailgaters called police to report a vehicle had run into three parked vehicles. Subsequent investigation found probable cause to believe that Allen Peter Roberts, 35, of Anchorage was driving under the influence, driving recklessly and had left the scene of an accident.
Aug. 25: Police stopped Jordan Williams, 21, of Wasilla for speeding on Peck Street at a very high rate of speed. During further investigation, Williams was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. Williams was transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
Aug. 28: Police conducted a traffic stop on a green Chevrolet Beretta for speeding in a construction zone. Subsequent investigation found probable cause to arrest Jeremy Bresser, 31, of Wasilla for felony driving under the influence and driving while his license is suspended.
Aug. 29: Police responded to the intersection of the Parks Highway and Lucas Road for a suspected drunk driver being held by the construction crew. The driver, Grady Lloyd, 32, of Wasilla was arrested and remanded at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $250 cash with conditions of no alcohol, no bars and no driving without a valid license.
WARRANT ARREST
Aug. 24: Police stopped Travis Pickett, 25, of Wasilla on Main Street and Bogard Road for allegedly failing to yield to a red light, cutting off a police vehicle. A check of Travis' driving record revealed that his license was revoked and he had two warrants for his arrest. Both warrants were for failing to appear on original charges of disorderly conduct with a $500 cash or corporate bond and assault IV with no bond set. A charge of driving while his license was revoked was added with a bond of $1,000 cash or bond. A citation was issued for failure to yield when turning on a red light.
Aug. 25: Police responded to a suspicious circumstance call on Snohomish Avenue and made contact with Michael Mulliken, 27, of Wasilla. A check of the Alaska Public Safety Information Network records revealed that Mulliken was wanted on a $750 Anchorage Police Department warrant for an original charge of domestic violence assault. Mulliken was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
Aug. 24: Jerome Capp was contacted near the area of the Mug-Shot Saloon after an incident in the bar. A check of the Alaska Public Safety Information Network records revealed that Capp had an outstanding $5,000 felony warrant. He was taken into custody and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
Aug. 28: Police stopped Matthew D. Hernandez, 20, of Wasilla for not wearing his seatbelt. Investigation led to the arrest of Hernandez for a $250 outstanding warrant on an original charge of improper registration and an additional charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance VI. Hernandez was transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where bail was set at $250. Investigation also led to a summons being issued to Timothy T. Hulke, 20, of Wasilla and Danielle C. Chastanet, 21, of Wasilla for alleged misconduct involving a controlled substance VI.

Aug. 25: Kevin Fowler, 36, of Anchorage was stopped at the intersection of the Parks Highway and Palmer-Wasilla Highway. Fowler's vehicle had been reported driving recklessly. Fowler was not found to be impaired, but records revealed that his license was suspended. Fowler was issued a summons to appear in court for the charge of driving while his license is allegedly suspended. Fowler was released on his own recognizance, but was required to park and wait for a licensed driver.
ASSAULT
Aug. 25: Police received a report of an assault at the Kashim Hotel. Steven Dubois, 29, of Wasilla reported that two males had forced the door of his room open and assaulted him by hitting him over the head with a pistol. No property was reported to be missing and there were friends of Dubois in the room who witnessed the incident. The suspects fled the scene prior to the arrival of police. Dubois received serious lacerations on his head and was transported to the hospital by EMS . Investigation revealed possible suspect information, and the investigation continues.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Aug. 26: Police responded to the Mug-Shot Saloon regarding an intoxicated male patron who refused to leave. While on the scene, police arrested Christopher Heitzman, 27, of Anchorage for allegedly resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and trespassing. Heitzman was asked to leave by management and when he refused to leave, he was escorted out. While outside, Heitzman then fought with several employees, who restrained him. He also fought with and resisted the police. Heitzman was transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where bond was set at $750 cash only for the three charges.
SHOPLIFTING / THEFT
Aug. 26: Police received a call from a Fred Meyer employee reporting a juvenile male in custody for alleged shoplifting. The estimated value of the items taken was approximately $138.79. The juvenile was released to a parent and the report was referred to Juvenile Intake.
Aug. 27: Brandon Patterson, 16, of Wasilla reported that someone stole his football gear from the bed of his pickup truck on Aug. 25 while it was parked at Wasilla High School. Patterson played in the junior varsity game and placed the helmet, shoulder pads, jersey and his mouth guard in the bed of his pickup. Sometime during the varsity game which began at 3 p.m., his gear was stolen. Patterson had no suspect information and anyone with any information is asked to contact the police department at 352-5401 or Mat-Su Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.
Aug. 28: Police received a call from Desiree Compton, 25, of Wasilla who was reporting someone had taken her purse from a locker at the Alaska Club. The purse contained miscellaneous credit cards and car keys. The investigation continues.

Aug. 28: An anonymous source called the police to report there were individuals in a car that were smoking marijuana with children in the vehicle. Police arrived and made contact with Angela Crabtree, 22, of Palmer. After investigating, Police seized narcotics, and charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney's office for misconduct involving a controlled substance IV and VI.
MISSING PERSONS
Aug. 28: Raymond Edwards, 39, of Wasilla called to report a 15-year-old Wasilla girl had not returned to the Dorothy Saxton Shelter after school. She was later located and returned to the shelter.

Aug. 24, 11:10 p.m.: Troopers in Palmer issued Aaron Tolen, 24, of Wasilla a summons for alleged misconduct involving a controlled substance VI after two growing marijuana plants were observed in the rear of his vehicle during a traffic stop for an equipment violation at Parks Highway and Pittman Road in Wasilla.
Aug. 28, 1:30 a.m.: The Trooper South-Central DUI Enforcement Team stopped a vehicle on Nelson Road near Graybark Drive in Wasilla for an equipment violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Diana Moore, 39, of Wasilla. Moore was found to be operating the vehicle with an allegedly suspended drivers license. Further investigation with the assistance of trooper K-9 Roelle, revealed Moore was in possession of approximately 1 gram of suspected cocaine. Moore was arrested on scene for Misconduct Involving a controlled substance IV and for driving while her license is suspended. Moore was remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where she was held on $5,500 bail.
WARRANT ARREST
Aug. 25, 10 a.m.: Troopers responded to a residence for a call for service. During this investigation troopers contacted 28-year-old Jacob S. K. Stamm of Wasilla. Subsequent investigation revealed that Stamm had two outstanding arrest warrants totaling $750; one for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under the influence and one for failure to appear on the original charge of driving while his license is suspended. Stamm was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held on the $750 bail.
Aug. 28, 4:21 p.m.: Troopers contacted Heidi Sickler, 22, of Anchorage while she was walking near Vine Road in Wasilla. Investigation revealed Sickler had an outstanding felony warrant for contempt of court from January 2007. Sickler was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, where she was held on $1,500 cash bail.
Aug. 28, 8:10 p.m.: Troopers arrested Stephanie R. Mouse, 18, of Palmer at Mile 5 of the Palmer Wasilla Highway on an outstanding arrest warrant. Mouse was contacted during a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Mouse had an outstanding arrest warrant issued for her in the amount of $250 for failure to appear in court for a traffic citation. Mouse was transported and booked at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
Aug. 28, 10:10 p.m.: Troopers responded to a disturbance call off of Beverly Lakes Road in Wasilla. As a result of an investigation, Ryan Reining, 36, of Wasilla was arrested on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of harassment. Reining was transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, where he was remanded to jail.

Aug. 24, 12:15 a.m.: : Troopers in Palmer issued Christine Rustigan, 46, of Wasilla a summons for driving without a valid operators license after she was contacted at Spruce Street and Patsy Road for a traffic violation.
Aug. 28, 12:47 a.m.: Near Bogard and Green Forest Road, troopers charged Derek Heath, 25, of Wasilla for driving while his license is suspended after a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Heath was issued a summons to appear in Palmer Court. Heath was also issued a citation for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Aug. 27, 9:18 p.m.: Trooper South-Central DUI Enforcement Team stopped a 1996 Dodge pickup for speeding on Spruce Avenue near Lucas Road in Wasilla. The operator, identified as Kendra Butts, 18, of Wasilla was found to be allegedly operating the vehicle on a revoked license. Investigation also revealed Butts to have an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of leaving the scene of a collision. Butts was arrested for driving with a revoked license and on the outstanding arrest warrant and remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility and held on $1,500 bail.
Aug. 28, 5:50 a.m.: Trooper South-Central DUI Enforcement Team stopped a vehicle on the Parks Highway near Wasilla Lake for erratic driving. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Danny Lane, 26, of Palmer. Lane was found to be operating the vehicle while allegedly under the influence of alcohol and with a revoked drivers license. Lane was arrested on scene for driving under the influence and driving while his license is suspended and remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held on $750 bail
Aug. 26, 10:56 p.m.: Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a white full size van for not moving over while passing a emergency vehicle on the side of the road with its emergency lights active. The driver was identified as 52-year-old Grace Friday of Anchorage. Investigation revealed that Friday's license was allegedly suspended for failure to maintain liability insurance. Friday was issued a summons to appear in court, and a licensed driver from Anchorage responded for the vehicle.
Aug. 28, 11:38 p.m.: Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Seward Meridian near the Parks Highway for an equipment violation. Cody A. Mansfield, 20, of Chugiak was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Investigation revealed Mansfield's license was allegedly suspended. Subsequent investigation revealed Mansfield had recently consumed alcohol. Mansfield was issued a summons to appear on Palmer Court on the charge of driving while his license is suspended and minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.
Aug. 28, 9 p.m.: Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Nelson Road near Gray Bark Road in Wasilla for an equipment violation. 23-year-old Terenty G. Reutov of Wasilla was identified as the driver. Investigation revealed Reutov's driver's license was allegedly suspended. Reutov was issued a summons to appear in Palmer Court on the charge of driving while his license is suspended.

Aug. 28, 6:03 a.m: Troopers responded to a motor vehicle collision with a moose on Seldon Road in Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Jeremy Pepperd, 27, of Wasilla was driving a 2007 Chevy Pickup when he struck a moose in the roadway. The moose was killed and its body released to a charity on scene. The damage to the pickup is estimated at $10,000. Pepperd was wearing his seatbelt and wasn't injured in the collision.
Aug. 29, 7:34 a.m.: Troopers responded to the area of Trunk Road a half mile north of the Parks Highway for a report of a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed Jesse Smith, 32, of Wasilla was north bound on Trunk Road in his green 2000 Ford Focus and collided with Fredrick Kenley, 54, of Palmer south bound in his silver 2001 Acura. Both Smith and Kenley were uninjured and reported wearing their seatbelts. Damage to the vehicles is estimated to be $1,000 for each.
DUI
Aug. 28, 7:20 p.m.: Troopers stopped to check on a disabled vehicle near Mile 36 of the Glenn Highway. Investigation revealed that the driver, William Bryant, 46, of Anchorage was allegedly driving while under the influence. Bryant was arrested for driving under the influence and remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
RECKLESS DRIVING
Aug. 28, 11:44 a.m.: Troopers received a report of a blue Ford Escort bearing Alaska plate, FCT678, passing a vehicle recklessly on Trunk Road near the "S" curves almost causing a head on collision. At approximately 11:48 a.m., troopers observed the reckless vehicle traveling east bound on Palmer Wasilla Highway near 49th State Street. The vehicle was stopped near Arabian Lane and the driver, Maxwell Stoner, 20, and of Wasilla was contacted. Stoner was issued a summons to appear in court for alleged reckless driving.

Aug. 24: Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. The driver, Kennedy H. Thao, 15, of Anchorage was found to be operating the vehicle in violation of his instructional permit. Thao was issued a summons and released to a parent.
HIT AND RUN
Aug. 20: Police investigated a hit and run accident on South Felton Drive and the Palmer Wasilla Highway. Investigation revealed Mark Wellman, 25, of Palmer backed into a vehicle driven by Tammy Loggins, 38, of Palmer then refused to provide information and left the scene.
Aug. 25: Richard M. Schroeder, 41, of Anchorage reported his vehicle was a victim in a hit and run collision in the Palmer Fairgrounds parking area
WARRANT ARREST
Aug. 21: Chris Alan Willey, 42, of Wasilla was contacted at the Palmer DMV where he was found to have an active $1,500 warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of driving while his license is suspended. He was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held in lieu of the bail amount.
Aug. 23: Police stopped Jessie Fleming, 20, of Anchorage for a traffic violation. He was arrested on a $150 warrant for failure to comply with a court order and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility.
Aug. 24: Terella J. Petersen, 27, of Anchorage was arrested in the lobby of the police department on a warrant for failure to appear for an Alcohol Safety Action Program hearing, original charge driving under the influence and driving while license revoked. Petersen was lodged at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility on $2,000 bail.
Aug. 24: Albina Jane Chikoyak, 37, of Anchorage was contacted as a passenger in a vehicle and was found to have four active warrants. A $1,500 trooper warrant for failure to satisfy judgment on the original charge of assault IV, a $2,500 Anchorage Police Department warrant for contempt of court on the original charge of domestic violence assault, a $1,000 Anchorage Police Department warrant for contempt of court on the original charge of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release, and a $500 Anchorage Police Department warrant for contempt of court on the original charge of domestic violence assault/destruction of communication equipment. She was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where she was held in lieu of the bail amounts.

Aug. 21: Police issued a summons to Matthew Lasko, 18, of Anchorage for minor allegedly consuming alcohol. Lasko was contacted during an investigation at the Alaska State Fairgrounds.
Aug. 24: Police arrested Amy Jean Reed, 20, of Willow for minor allegedly consuming alcohol. Reed was contacted at the Alaska State Fair security office. Reed was transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility due to her level of intoxication and held until sober.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Aug. 24: Police arrested Charles E. Ashcraft, 48, of Anchorage for criminal trespass in the second degree at the Palmer Fairgrounds. Ashcraft allegedly refused to leave the fairgrounds after fair security had trespassed him. Ashcraft was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility on $250 cash only bail.
Aug. 25: Police contacted Marcus A. Rhinehart, 32, of Palmer in the front lobby of the police department. Rhinehart was intoxicated and belligerent, and refused to leave when asked to do so. Rhinehart continuously called 911 to harass the dispatchers, even after being advised not to do so unless it was an emergency. Rhinehart was placed under arrest for criminal trespass II and harassment II, and lodged at Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility on $300 bail.

Aug. 24: Anthony J. Pippel, 54, of Palmer reported finding two bicycles on the trail at the east end of East Auklet. The bicycles were taken for safe keeping until the owners can be located.

Aug. 24: Police responded to a REDDI report near Evergreen & South Dimond. Officers contacted Ronald J. Griffith, 37, of Palmer as the driver of the REDDI vehicle. Griffith was issued a summons for misconduct involving a controlled substance VI and released.
MVC / MVA
Aug. 24: Police responded to the intersection of South Bailey and Evergreen to a report of a motor vehicle accident. Wint McGovern, 32, of Palmer failed to yield when entering the intersection and struck a vehicle driven by Robert B. Clements, 46, of Palmer. Both vehicles sustained damage but the driver's were uninjured. Clements and McGovern were allegedly issued proof of insurance citations and McGovern was allegedly issued a citation for failure to yield when entering a roadway.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Aug. 24: Police arrested Richard Hopkins, 58, of Willow for disorderly conduct after he created a disturbance at the Alaska State Fairgrounds. Hopkins was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where bail was set at $100 cash with the condition that he not return to the fair this year.
VIOLATING CONDITIONS OF RELEASE
Aug. 24: Police arrested Anthony Jones, 43, of Fairbanks for violating conditions of release by consuming alcohol and not being with his court approved third party. Jones was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where bail was set at $1,000 cash performance bond with the conditions that he obtains a new court approved third party and he is not to consume alcohol.
