July 21, 5:55 a.m., Palmer-Wasilla Hwy. near 49th State St.: Kevin Scarberry, 39, Palmer, was eastbound in his 2009 Dodge 1500 when he lost control and hit a guardrail. He was hospitalized with minor injuries. Vehicle damage was minor.

July 20, 5:17 a.m., Sleepy Hollow Rd.: Alan Williams, 59, Wasilla, allegedly came to a house in violation of a DVPO. Troopers later found him driving his ATV near Carney Road, allegedly drunk. Charges: DUI, DVPOV. No bail set.
July 20, 9:11 p.m., Parks Hwy. near Debra Jean Ln.: Justin Radford, 29, Big Lake, was arrested for DUI, child endangerment refusing a breath test and criminal mischief. Bail: $1,500. Heather Coppola, 34, Big Lake, was cited for allowing an unauthorized person to drive.
WARRANT
July 21, 11:25 a.m., Machen Rd.: Marjorie Labriola, 28, Wasilla, was arrested on a warrant for FTA on an assault charge. Bail: $2,000.
WILDLIFE VIOLATION
July 21, 10:35 a.m., Schrock Road Bridge over the Little Susitna River: Joshua L. Tyrrell, 18, Wasilla, allegedly attempted to drive a 1995 GMC pickup through the river but wound up getting flooded and needed a tow. Citation: driving in a salmon stream.
