Protein Shake

Weighty in willow wanted to know how I make the protein shakes. For a homeade one, I use a 1/2 cup of designer whey protein powder (vanilla), 1 tsp vanilla powder (if you want a stronger vanilla taste), 1/4 cup heavy cream, 3/4 cup cold water and a few ice cubes into a blender and blend.
