Valley resident Randy Earl Johnson, 52, passed away on Wednesday March 23, 2016, in Wasilla, Alaska, following a battle with ALS.
Randy was born on December 27, 1963 in Medford, Oregon and later moved to Alaska in December of 1969. Randy had the wonderful opportunity to live all over the beautiful state of Alaska. Randy through his life worked as a meteorologist, on heavy equipment, and as a mechanic. He enjoyed working on muscle cars, riding horses (paint horses), riding Harley’s, race cars, and he loved all types of music. Randy will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Randy is survived by his sister Charity Johnson; brother Shawn Mahoy; and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Carolynn and Earl Johnson, and brother Rickie Johnson.
Arrangements were handled by Valley Funeral Home & Crematory, Wasilla Chapel.
