Margarita and Willie Ratcliff and their daughter Ionna are the winners of a stuffed husky with a collar autographed by four-time Iditarod champion Martin Buser.

Children who are up-to-date on their immunizations were entered in a prize drawing as part of the annual “I Did It By 2 Race To Vaccinate” campaign.

The Ratcliffs say they believe immunizations are very important.

Children need 80 percent of their childhood vaccinations by age 2. Mat-Su Public Health Center helps children receive their vaccinations. Parents are reminded to check with their medical providers or the clinic to make sure children are current on immunizations.
