Rebecca McMartin

Rebecca McMartin; best friend, wife, mother, grandmother, engineer, musician, a great gift of God and loss to us all, left us to be with the Lord, our God on July 14. We were so blessed to have shared her joy, encouragement, love, humor, and faithfulness. She has joined her mother and father Peggy and Oakley Blevins. Left to cherish Beckee’s memory are her husband Kent, daughter and son-in-law Rachel and Brandon Ingham, daughter Emily McMartin and fiancee Joel Crowder, grandchildren Drake and Caden Ingham. She is also remembered by her siblings: Will Blevins and wife Nancy, Denise Stracener and husband Earl, Jerry Meadows and wife Gloria, and sister Karen Blevins. Memorial Services will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Wasilla - where she was a very active member - on July 22 at 2:00 pm. A memorial service will also be held at the Camp Summers 4-H camp, Summers County West Virginia on August 6, at 3:30 pm. Gifts in lieu of flowers may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Lutheran World Relief or Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska. The family wishes to thank Mat-Su Regional Hospice for their kind support through a difficult time.
