Richard A. Moore, 85, of Palmer died Feb. 17, 2014.
Surviving are his son, John C. Moore of Miami, Fla.; daughter, Mariann Karen Moore of Miami, Fla.; multiple Ham radio friends and Palmer neighbors. He was born Oct. 12, 1928, served in the U.S. Navy and worked for the U.S. Border Patrol.
