Richard Lowe, 82, died Feb. 3, 2013, in Palmer.
Richard was born Aug. 24, 1930, in Harvard, Neb. He lived his last years at the Veterans and Pioneers Home in Palmer.
Surviving are his children, Timothy Lowe, Daniel Lowe and Mary Lowe; and sisters, Jeanette and Margarite, all whom live out of state.
“He will be missed by family as well as his friends,” his family wrote.
A celebration of life for Richard is at 1:30 p.m., Feb. 13 at the Pioneers Home, 250 Fireweed Ave., Palmer.
