Riley Anselem Morava-Glick, was stillborn on April 28, 2007 in Wasilla. A memorial service and blessing was held on May 7, 2007, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Kasper officiated at the service.
His family stated, “For the all too short time Riley was with us, he had such a huge and important impact on his family. He will forever be missed and loved.”
Riley is survived by his Parents, Tambray Morava,& Joshua Glick of Wasilla; paternal grandparents, John and Barb Glick of Wasilla; maternal grandparents, Mike and Gretchen Morava of Wasilla; aunts, Robyn Landry and Katie Morava of Wasilla; Amanda and Samantha Glick of Wasilla; Tabitha Peterson of Wasilla; uncles, Blake Landry and Cory Peterson of Wasilla; cousins, Kylie, Chase and Trinitey of Wasilla; great-grandparents, Carl and Betty Glick of Kenai; great-grandparents, Chester and Doris Enck of Pennsylvania; great-grandmother, Charleen Morava of Salt Lake City, Utah; great-grandparents, W. Craig and Mary Thomas of Wasilla; great-great grandmother, Mamie Hooper of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Ralph Morava. Memorial donations can be sent to P.O. Box 298132, Wasilla, AK 99629.
Arrangements were with Valley Funeral Home and Crematory in Wasilla.

JC "Jake" Patterson, died May 6, 2007 at home in Palmer, Alaska due to congestive heart failure. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2007, at 6 p.m. at Brodenburg Butte Baptist Church in Palmer. A potluck dinner will follow the service. Arrangements were with Valley Funeral Home and Crematory in Palmer.
Patty Metzler
Longtime Palmer resident Patty Metzler died April 1 in Yuma, Colo.
There will be a memorial Mass in her memory at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 14, at St. Michael's Church in Palmer. A potluck reception will be held in the church basement following the Mass.
The family said all who knew and loved her are invited to attend.
