A visitation for Trapper Creek resident Robert David Carey, 66, is from 3 to 4:30 p.m., Feb. 3 at Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel and Crematory, 1015 S. Check St. in Wasilla. A graveside service is at 2 p.m., Feb. 5 at the Alaskans Forever Cemetery in Trapper Creek.
Pallbearers will be Brett Kalosk, Chris Carey, Levi Ehrman, Gene Brockman and Garth Carey.
Robert died Jan. 22, 2011, at home in Trapper Creek. He came to Alaska in July 2002 and he was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed working on cars. He was a Christian.
He is survived by his wife, Verna Carey; son, Darrel Brockman and his children, Teka and Taz; daughter, Teresa Larson and her children, Victoria, Crystal and Charlie; son, Robert Loebl and his child, David; daughter, Larissa Ushriya and her children Holly, Meranda and Job; daughter, Paula Loebl; son, David Brockman and his children Jacob and Lauren; daughter, Laura Carey and her children Brett, Christopher and Tabatha; daughter, Hannah Ehrman and her children Levi, Gene, Isaac and Bryce; son, Freddy Brockman; daughter, Melody Lee and her children Brandon, Lukus, Rodney and Gabriel: daughter, April Wassom and her children Jacob, Harmony and Lily; daughter, Sapphire Rossi and her children Morgon, Wyatt and Hunter; and son, Garth Carey and his children Triston and Kaelyn.
Arrangements were by Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel and Crematory of Wasilla.
