Bob was born in Wallace Idaho and grew up in Park River ND. He received his pilots license in ND and Crop Dusted in Walsh County. He moved to Palmer AK and accepted a job as a bush pilot and also spotted herring in the spring. He built his own log cabin on Lucky Shot Lane and lived there until his wife Viola, passed away in 2004. He fell in love with Barbara Erovick and lived with her in McQueeney TX until he passed away. Bob was very creative. He built his log cabin, his boat and made sawmills to name a few. He enjoyed living in McQueeney TX on Lake Placid with Barbara, the lady he loved very much. They spent many hours together on the lake, boating, fishing, swimming and skiing. He was a dedicated husband and showered Barbara with much tender love and affection. Bob was very creative.
He is survived by his two sons, Larry Johnson of Santa Rosa CA and Raymond Johnson of AK. He is also survived by a little dog that he loved very much who now is tenderly cared for by Barbara.
Bob is missed by many friends in AK, ND, and McQueeney TX.
Robert was cremated in Texas and ashes put on tombstone plot in Park River ND.
