Ron Nelson, 45, passed away Jan. 4, 2008.
A celebration of life will be held 3 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Upper Susitna High School, Mile 98.5 on the Parks Highway.
Nelson’s friends will remember his gentle spirit. Nelson lived in Talkeetna, and his life’s passions were his family, friends and wilderness pursuits, namely hunting and trapping. He was a master craftsman as a carpenter and artist.
Nelson was a loving husband to Kim, and loved his pets. His memory is held by his family and friends in Alaska and his mother, Sharon, father, Don, and sisters, Cathy and Tracy.
