Ross was born July 5, 1942 in Tacoma, Md. He graduated high school, completed one year of college and served in the Air Force and retired after 20 years. He was very patriotic and loved working on aircraft and helicopters in the military.

His family states, “ His business was his passion. Ross was a kind, giving, good-hearted, caring, loving and understanding friend, father and husband. Ross was not judgmental. He was a problem solver and gave everything from the heart without expectation of return. He loved working with his customers. He forged a bond and friendship with them, which meant a lot to him.”

The family would like all friends and business associated to come and share with them a memorial of life for Ross.
