Sherrie Louise Abbott, born Sept. 28, 1959, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, walked across the celestial plain hand in hand with her spiritual guides on May 10, 2014.
Sherrie now parties hardy with those we all have missed over the years, human and dog alike.
Those of us remaining behind will always remember her love of music, compassion and caring for family, friends and animals, her somewhat twisted sense of humor, her determination to never give up, appreciation of nature and how she planted a seed in the hearts of all who knew her.
If you would like to make a contribution in the name of Sherrie Abbott, contact the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, Homer Garden Club, P.O.
