Applications are available at Mat-Su Valley NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Eagle River, Big Lake, Wasilla and Palmer, and at Magnum Motors in Wasilla and Alaska Family Services in Palmer.
Applications are due by 4 p.m., Dec. 15. Return completed forms to the Alaska Family Services office, or to NAPA Auto Parts in Palmer, ATTN Andy Rogers, or fax forms to 746-1177.
Alaska Family Services will select the winner and the vehicle will be awarded at 4 p.m., Dec. 19 at the Alaska Family Services Special Santa Program, 830 Chugach St., Palmer.
