Thomas John Tuttle, 73, of Palmer died April 5, 2008, at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. A family service was held at home.
Tuttle was born Dec. 31, 1934 in Tacoma, Wash. He resided in Anchorage from 1959 to 1960, and 1966 to 1981. He also resided in Homer from 1981 to1989, Craig from 1989 to 2002, and most recently Palmer from 2002 until he passed.
He was employed as an insurance agent from 1970 to 1991 and commercial fisherman from 1975 to 2002.
Tuttle is survived by his wife, Marilyn Tuttle of Palmer; sons Fred S. Tuttle and Jim R. Tuttle, both of Salcha; daughter Lori J. Tuttle of Anchorage; son and daughter-in-law Mike and Kathy Tuttle of Palmer; daughter and son-in-law Sandra and James Marker of Naukati; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements were entrusted to Kehl’s Palmer Mortuary.
