Our beloved son, grandson, nephew and brother, Tyeler Michel Jackson, 3 months old, passed on June 4 at home in Wasilla.
A visitation will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel, 1015 S. Check Street, in Wasilla. A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Settlers Bay Lodge with Joseph Ward officiating.
Tyeler was born Feb. 25 in Palmer to Tylia Jackson and Mike Ingersol.
Family members wrote: “In his short time with us, he was very loved and very popular with all who came in contact with him. He always had a bright warm smile waiting for you. At his young age he was aware of his surroundings and quick to turn his head toward the slightest movement. Every time he came into our homes he brightened up the whole room. We felt this baby so fresh from the Lord, made us forget our daily troubles. All our love will follow him always.”
Survivors are his mother, Tylia Jackson; father, Michael Ingersol; brother, Halen Jackson; sister, Shayla Moore; grandmothers, Sharon Jackson and Ethel Ingersol; grandfathers, Mark Jackson and James Ingersol; great-grandmothers, Kay Briggs and Kathy Jackson; great-grandfather, Dean Jackson; aunts, Britni Jackson, Megan Jackson, Amber Ingersol, Dorothy Payne, Amy Kiviaho, Cindy Ward and Susan Hubbard; and uncles, Kevin Ingersol, Randy Toshavik and Matthew Kiviaho.
