Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Tyler William Lennox, 54 days, died Nov. 28, 2012, in his parents’ arms and surrounded by his family.
He was born Oct. 5, 2012.
“Tyler was a precious gift from God who will live on in our hearts forever,” his family said.
Surviving are his parents, Jessica Davis and Steven Lennox of Wasilla; maternal grandparents, Robert and Carla Davis of Wasilla; paternal grandparents, Rhonda and Dennis Goerdt, and Billy Blann of Wasilla; great-grandparents, James and Wilma Davis of Wewoka, Okla., Hulon and Sherlan Mosley of Wewoka, Okla., Ina and Bobby Roe of Waco, Texas, and Verna Drake of Waco, Texas; aunts and uncles, Anthony and Jessica Davis of Anchorage, Samantha and Casey Blann, Michael and Cassie Goerdt, and Alisha Goerdt and Wyatt Goerdt of Wasilla; his cousins, Issabella Davis and Isaac Gleason; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding him in death was his paternal great-grandparent, William Lennox.
A service is at 2 p.m., Dec. 5 at Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel, at 1015 Check St., Wasilla.
