Vicki (Burley) Rees

Was born June 7, 1947 in Seattle WA. Sadly she left us on Nov. 4 2019. She will be missed.

She graduated from Evergreen H.S. in 1965 and moved to Anchorage, AK in 1967, taking a job with the State of Alaska. In 1968 she met Richard Rees and they were married July 3, 1969. In 1978 they moved their family to Wasilla, AK where she worked at the Mat-Su Borough until her retirement. They then moved to Winlock, WA in 2003 where she made a new home and enjoyed her time in the garden with her flowers. On July 3, 2019 the family got together to celebrate Dick and Vicki’s 50th wedding anniversary.

She was proceeded in death by her mother Jean; father Kenneth, brother Martin (Scott) Burley and daughter, Kerri Rees.

She leaves behind her 3 siblings, Gary, Melvin (Ray) and Lori, husband Richard, 2 children, Kevin and Angie, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
