January 14, 1981 - December 12, 2025 William Brooks McAllister went home to be with Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior, December 12, 2025. He died suddenly of natural causes. William was born January 14, 1981, in Palmer to Kurt William and Althea Fischer McAllister. William loved music. He sang a solo in 1st grade and did a solo on his clarinet in 4th grade. He loved game nights and karaoke. He was amazing at trivia. His mother would say, "Ask William, he knows everything." William grew up in the Valley as part of a large extended family. He graduated from Matanuska Christian School. He went to Bryan College in Tennessee and Mat-Su College. William married Jodie Jacque on July 11, 2020. They made their home in Meadow Lakes. They both helped out at their church, William with technology and Jodie with prayer ministry. William worked at Walmart for 23 years. Jodie says: "William was a hard worker, and a man of integrity, with a deep thinking faith." William was so helpful to his family. If you needed anything you just called William. He was quiet but always listening. He had an amazing sense of humor. He was loved and respected by so many. He will be missed more than we can say. William was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Richard and LaVonna McAllister; two aunts, Kim and Sheryl; and his Granddad, Robert Brooks Fischer, Sr. William will be buried on the family property with his Granddad. William leaves behind his wife, Jodie; his parents, Kurt and Althea; his brother, Ryan; and sister-in-law, Amalia. He also leaves behind his Grammy Marion Fischer, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many friends. A memorial service will be held for William on December 27, 2025, at Northgate Alaska at 2:00 p.m. 2900 Northgate Place. Please bring a snack dish to share.
